Membership Reminder: May 31 Renewal Deadline Approaching
No Late Fee Exceptions will be Granted in 2026!
Mill Creek Rifle Club is reminding all members that the deadline to renew annual memberships is fast approaching, with all renewals due no later than May 31, 2026.
Club leadership emphasized that members should act now to avoid penalties or interruption in membership status. Renewals are currently open and may be completed online or by traditional paper form, but responsibility for timely renewal rests entirely with each individual member. The club does not send invoices or renewal notices, making it essential for members to take action before the deadline.
Members are encouraged to take advantage of the club’s online renewal system, which allows for quick submission and secure payment by credit card. If you need help with using the new online system, see this information. Those who prefer may still submit a printed form and pay by check, provided all required documentation—such as proof of current NRA membership—is included and received before the May 31 deadline.
While renewals are accepted through May 31, club officials stressed that there will be no grace period this year regarding late fees. Any member who renews after the May 31 deadline will be assessed a $100 late fee, and no exceptions will be granted in 2026.
Members who fail to renew by the end of June risk losing their membership entirely and may be required to reapply for admission to the club.
To avoid additional costs and ensure uninterrupted access to club facilities, members are strongly encouraged to complete their renewal well in advance of the May 31 deadline.
