2026 Membership Renewal is Now Open

2026 membership renewal is now open

The annual renewal season for Mill Creek Rifle Club membership is open after midnight January 1, and Membership Director Curt Cotton is excited to invite you to renew early and earn a chance to WIN $100!

 

You are welcome to renew your membership at any time between now and May 31, 2026. However, this year, Mr. Cotton would like to encourage members to renew early and beat the end-of-season rush. Getting as many members renewed as possible is always his goal, and encouraging early renewal helps make the process go more smoothly.

With that in mind, Mr. Cotton is offering several incentives to encourage you to renew TODAY:

  1. Members who successfully renew before midnight on January 31 will be entered into a random drawing to win a grand prize of a $100 gift card or one of three runner up prizes of a $50 gift card! (See rules below.)
  2. Members who renew before March 15 using the new secure online credit card payment portal will have their credit card fees waived. Members who renew and pay by credit card after March 15 will be charged a 3 percent processing fee in addition to their regular fees.
  3. The normal late fee of $100 for members who renew after the May 31 deadline will not be waived this year. Anyone renewing in the month of June will be subject to a $100 late fee, with no exceptions.

Mr. Cotton would like to remind members of a few tips to make the process go smoothly:

  • If you are renewing online, you might find it helpful to have these items handy before you begin:
    1. A credit card
    2. Your Mill Creek membership number (the one- to five-digit number on your gate card). Members who entered the wrong membership ID number was a significant source of processing delays last year. Please double check your number! If you pay by credit card, the payment system will also ask for your membership number. If they do not match, your renewal processing will be delayed.
    3. Proof of current National Rifle Association membership, in digital form. Failure to provide adequate proof of current NRA membership was the top reason renewal processing was delayed last year. This can be a photo of your membership card showing date of expiration, or a screen capture of your membership information at this location. Renewal applicatoins will not be processed without proof that shows membership is current for the 2026 membership year.
  • Remember, all current members must apply for annual renewals by May 31, 2026. Mill Creek Rifle Club does not mail out any renewal notices, renewal invoices, or renewal bills. Please do not wait to get a bill for your renewal, because it will not come.
  • You may renew your membership by using the online form or the downloadable PDF form at any time. It is available on the website, under the "Membership Renewal" tab on the Main Menu.
  • If you successfully submit an online renewal but have trouble with your credit card payment, please do not repeat your renewal application. Simply contact the club secretary to finalize payment.
  • Do not submit more than one online renewal form. Multiple forms will only delay your processing.
  • If you prefer to renew by printed copy and check, you may pick up a current renewal form in the Clubhouse.

  • If you renew by paper form, to avoid delaying your membership renewal processing, be sure to follow all instructions, including:
    • Read the updated range rules and sign the form indicating you agree to abide by all of them. Please print your full name clearly.
    • Include a copy of recent proof of National Rifle Association Membership. NOTE: NRA life members who have provided proof of life membership in the past need not resubmit that proof. The club secretary has it on file.
    • Make your dues check payable to Mill Creek Rifle Club.
    • Return the completed applicatios.
  • If you have changed mailing address, telephone number, or email address since your last renewal, please take a minute to include your new information, so our secretary can be sure we can reach you. You do not need to fill in your address information if it hasn't changed.
  • IMPORTANT: Do not use a prior year's renewal form. You must use the current year's form, or your renewal application will be rejected.

Contest rules:

  1. To be eligible for the drawing, applicants must successfully submit a completed application that can be processed by the secretary, including correct name and membership ID number, a full signature, proof of current NRA membership (if required), and successful payment.
  2. Drawing will be made by random selection using any method and at a time and place chosen by the membership committee. Winners will be announced and contacted.
  3. Members of the board of directors and their immediate families are not eligible.
  4. Decision of the board of directors is final.
