Scan and go... Visitor sign-in simplified
Mill Creek Rifle Club members can now sign in their guests with their smart phone.
As you know, all visitors are required to be signed in to the guest book at the door of the Clubhouse. Coming soon, members will now be able to simplify that task by snapping a shot of the QR code on the sign next to the Clubhouse door and quickly sign in guests digitally. The process can even be completed without leaving your vehicle.
Guests will be asked to provide thier name, the name of the member they are attending with or the event they are attending, their email address, and their date of birth. The date of birth will be used to determine whether the guest is a minor, who must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf. The email address will be used for verification purposes only and will not be sold, given away, divulged, or otherwise distributed. The guest will also be asked to sign a waiver that they agree to the range rules and release the club from liability, which they can also do on the app.
For those who prefer the traditional method, guests can still be registered using the printed book in the wall stand next to the clubhouse door. There is no need to use both methods.
