Interested in Reserving a Range to Host an Event?

Mill Creek has now made the process easier

If you're hosting a match, educational class, or other event at Mill Creek Rifle Club and need to reserve range or classroom space, the board of directors has now streamlined the process. Here's how to apply.

• First, download and fill out this form. Please try to be as complete and detailed as possible.

• Third, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. a copy of a current certificate of liability insurance naming Mill Creek Rifle Club as an additional insured party.
• Fourth, based on the information on your event request form and the discretion of the Mill Creek board of directors, you may be asked to meet with the board to further explain your event and answer questions and concerns.
• Finally, once you receive notification your event has been approved, require each participant to complete a waiver of liability and forward those to the secretary for the club's records. These may be signed the day of the event, but the board does request they be sent to the secretary no later than 3 days following your event.

Mill Creek welcomes members and others to host events that benefit shooting sports and the club and its members. Small groups of members or visitors do not have to apply for formal event approval, as long as they follow the range rules regarding guest registration and range numbers. However, please remember that any training being conducted for pay must be approved by the board of directors.
