Membership Renewals
If you are a current Millcreek Rifle Club member, you must renew your membership each year, before May 31.
Please remember, do not wait to get a bill for your annual renewal, because we do not send them. Millcreek Rifle Club does not mail to members a Renewal Notice, a Renewal Invoice, a Renewal Bill, or any similar Renewal Application. It is the responsibility of each member to visit this page, download the appropriate annual form, print the form, follow the simple instructions, and send in your completed renewal form, proof of current NRA membership, and your check.

NOTE: This is a form-fillable Adobe Acrobat document which may be completed on your computer. However, it does not function reliability when completed within a web browser, particularly, Mac based web browsers. For best results, download and save a copy locally, and then complete it using a dedicated Acrobat reader, such as Adobe Acrobat reader or BlueBeam. NEW THIS YEAR: Forms filled out electronically and digitally signed may be emailed to the club secratary at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to speed processing. Be sure to attach a copy of your proof of NRA membership to your submittal email. Payment may then be mailed separately to the post office box on the application.

Please do not use a prior year's membership renewal form to renew your membership. Your membership renewal form is a contract between you and Millcreek Rifle Club, in which you agree under penalty of membership revocation to abide by the current set of range rules. Therefore, each year's renewal application is different, as rules change from year to year. If you use a previous year's membership renewal form, your renewal application will be rejected.
